Southern Illinois finally has a place for folks who like racing Radio Controlled Cars. I've been involved with rc cars for several years on and off but now that there is a local track I plan on becoming the dominating force of RC racing in the Midwest! Well at least maybe Harrisburg Redline
RC Raceway located in Marion IL. Held it's first race Saturday the 26th
as you can see the turnout was excellent, there were lots more people to the
right of this picture. Electric and Nitro powered trucks, buggies, and
Monster Trucks raced around the Excellent Dirt track on the hot Saturday.
I wasn't able to race because of a prior arrangement but I'll be there next
Saturday to put the heat on some people! |
